Hours of Operation
Our plant operates between 8:00AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Please call the plant only at the time shown above.
Order Instruction
Specify item by style, finish and width numbers and frame size (rabbet dimensions). Frames are cut with an added allowance of 1/8” unless otherwise requested. Footage is computed by adding eight (8) times the moulding width to the rabbet perimeter. Total footage for each frame is rounded to the next one-half (1/2) foot..
Corner Samples
You may select samples from our entire line, or we will choose them from out top selling list of mouldings. Individual corners are available for $1.00 each. Corners are mitered, numbered and un-assembled.
A minimum of (4) feet per frame will be charged for all chops. It is $5.00 to join a 16X20 (36”) or smaller and $7.50 for anything larger, up to a 32X40 (72”) and $15.50 for anything exceeding 32X40 (72”).
Returned Items
All returns must be pre-authorized by calling the sales office and receiving a RA#. The RA# must appear on the packaging. Special orders are non-returnable. Only returns made within 30 days of receipt will be accepted. Items must be in original condition (no cut mats) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credits will be issued for merchandise only, not to include any shipping charges. Upon arrival of your order, please open and confirm the contents of each delivery. NO RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS HAD OVER 30 DAYS.
Fuel Surcharge
A $5.00 fuel surcharge is added ot orders totaling $100.00 or more. A $7.00 fuel surcharge is added to orders totaling less than $100.00 and in addition a $10.00 fee is added to any under $35.00. This does not apply to UPS orders. This charge may be subject to change without notice.

Terms and Credit
2% 10 Days. Net 30 days. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be added to orders not paid in 30 days.
