G & G Moulding : Terms

Credit References: We require the names and addresses of at least three companies with which you have an open account as well as the names and addresses of your banks.

Claims: Our merchandise is carefully packed before leaving our factory. Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier upon their acceptance of the shipment. Claims or loss must be made with the carrier. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization number issued by G & G Moulding, Inc. Credit will be issued only for full sticks of moulding.

NO RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS HAD OVER 30 DAYS.

Terms and Credit: 2% 10 Days. Net 30 days. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be added to orders not paid in 30 days. No credit will be extended beyond 30 days and no new shipments will be made to accounts with an unpaid balance beyond 30 days until this balance is paid. Our credit department should be called directly on any problem concerned with paying of invoices. The number is (828) 438-1112. THERE WILL BE A $15.00 SERVICE CHARGE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS. We now accept Mastercard, VISA and Discover.

Minimum Order: $15.00 F.O.B. Morganton, N.C. There will be a $3.50 packing and handling charge for any order under $15.00

Order Instructions for Moldings in Length: Specify item by style, finish and width numbers and by quantity desired. Actual footage shipped may vary plus or minus 15% depending upon length of sticks. No specific length of sticks can be guaranteed. Minimum order is nothing less than one pack of moulding. Quantities per pack may vary. Shipment will be made F.O.B. Morganton, N.C. by motor freight collect. Normal length of molding will be 6 to 12 feet. Length orders are usually shipped within two to three days. Rush orders will be given special attention.

NLA: No Longer Available.
TOS: Temporarily Out of Stock. Please reorder at a later date.
DISC: Discontinued. Consider order complete. Credit will be issued to account if prepayment has been made.

UPS Length Molding Shipments: An additional $3.50 per box packing fee will be added to all UPS Length Molding Shipments. Due to the pattern, size and quantity ordered the number of UPS boxes will vary. Every effort will be made to keep boxes at a minimum. Unless specified by the Customer, the method of shipment will be at our discretion. Please note that only smaller quantities and size moldings can be shipped by UPS.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS do not apply on special sale or discontinued moldings.

Corner Samples: You may select samples from our entire line, or we will choose them from our top selling list of moldings. Individual corners are available for $1.00 each. Corners are mitered, numbered and un-assembled.

Chop Service:
1. Molding Available: Chop service is available on all sizes and styles.

2. Order Instructions: Specify item by style, finish and width numbers and frame size (rabbet dimensions). Frames are cut with an added allowance of 1/8" unless otherwise requested. Footage is computed by adding eight (8) times the molding width to the rabbet perimeter. Total footage for each frame is rounded to the next one-half (1/2) foot.

Example:
16 x 22 frame made from 1-1/2" molding gives
perimeter of rabbet of 16 + 22 + 16 + 22 = 76"
plus 8 x 1-1/2 = 12 for a total of 88 inches
divided by 12 = 7'4" rounded to the next 1/2 foot
= 7-1/2 feet.

A minimum of (4) feet per frame will be charged for all chops. Shipment will be made F.O.B. Morganton, N.C. by UPS whenever possible. Prepaid shipping costs will be added to the invoice.

Materials: Since paint and wood used for moldings may vary slightly or change, the frames and moldings will not be replaced for changes in color or slight variation in appearance.

Discontinued Items: If a molding is not listed in this price list, it has been discontinued.
